The Tutorial Centers on the Santa Rosa and the Petaluma campuses are student-centered learning places where tutoring is offered FREE OF CHARGE to any students needing assistance with coursework. This tutorial assistance is provided by Instructional Assistants who are experts in their subject areas and by knowledgeable students who have been recommended by instructors and have not only succeeded in the courses they tutor, but enjoy helping others succeed. You don’t need to have academic challenges or hurdles to overcome to use the Tutorial Centers. Many scholars use it to maintain A and B averages.
If you enjoy helping others and are qualified, you may consider applying to become a paid student tutor. Approximately 75 students are employed each semester.
