Fee Schedule and Information

Although there is a state-mandated fee for all students, there is no tuition charge at Santa Rosa Junior College for California residents.
 
The following are updated SRJC fees:

Subject to change by California State Legislature. Any student who can demonstrate economic hardship, or who is a victim of persecution or discrimination in the country in which the student is a citizen and resident, is exempt from this fee.

Economic Hardship defined: Economic hardship may include loss of financial assistance or sponsorship, substantial fluctuations in the value of currency or exchange rate, unexpected changes in the financial condition of a student’s source of support, or other substantial and unexpected changes in income or expenses. This shall include the financial circumstances of a person who is a recipient of benefits under the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program, the Supplemental Income/State Supplementary Program, or a general assistance program.
 

Nonresident Tuition $265.00 per unit  
Student Photo Identification Fee $5.00  
Student Representation Fee $1.00  
Student Center Fee   One dollar ($1) per unit, not to exceed ten dollars ($10) per fiscal year. This may be required of all students attending community college where the centers are located. This requirement shall not apply to students enrolled in non-credit classes or those enrolled in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program, the Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Program or the General Assistance Program.  
Student Transportation Fee  This may be required of all students attending community college where the centers are located. One dollar ($1) per unit, not to exceed ten dollars ($10) per semester and five dollars ($5) for the summer term.  
Transcript Fee $5.00 each (After first two free transcripts)  
Transcript Pick-up Additional fee $5.00 each   
Verification Fee $5.00 each  
Verification Pick-up and Rush Requests  $5.00
